What we fish for: We primarily target Maryland's state fish, the rockfish (striped bass), throughout the year. However in the summer months we also encounter other species such as spot, croaker, white perch, bluefish and spanish mackeral. Bottom fishing trips make for particularly good trips for young children and can be combined with live lining.
How we fish: Capt. Greg prides himself in his ability to pursue fish in a variety of ways. Throughout the year he will employ trolling, chunking, live lining, and jigging techniques for fish based on what method is most productive at the time. Please feel free to discuss your fishing goals with Greg prior to the trip so that he may make appropriate arrangements.
What we recommend: To ensure an enjoyable day on the water we recommend that the party bring:
What we supply: We will supply everything needed to fish. This includes rods, reels, tackle, licenses, bait, and ice for the fish cooler on board. If you want to bring your own fishing equipment, please check with the captain in advance as to not bring unnecessary gear. Note: Any lost or misused equipment will be billed at current replacement value.
